⭐️ A Year in Mood Boards is a series I’m starting. Each month I am putting together a mood board that will serves as a creative guideline for following 30 days. In an attempt to give myself a much needed creative hobby let’s see if I can keep this up for 12 months.
⭐️ Dopamine Dressing. I originally wrote this post last year and did a little updating this month. In the months of January and February that can be so gray dressing to improve your mood can be a great way to fight that seasonal depression.
