There are so many events to attend during the holidays and then add to that the hustle and bustle of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Sometimes it is nice to have a warm night at home with your spouse or your kids and just watch a movie. I am rounding up all the best Christmas movies to stream this holiday!
This time of the year there is nothing better than a Christmas movie to fill your evening. Christmas movies are classic and cute and when you talk about them someone always has a favorite.
Christmas movies all have one thing in common… the feel-good ending. Well, most of them (P.S. Never watch that Christmas shoes one if you don’t like sad endings).
Before you even start the movie, you know this; the boy is always going to get the girl, the business is going to be saved and the mystery will be solved. It’s just how it is. While the plots may be predictable it’s fun to watch these sweet movies that warm your heart during the holidays.
In years past Hallmark has been the go-to destination for Christmas movies. The last few years HULU and Netflix have stepped it up offering their own Christmas love stories and family tales and this year they have added even more!

The Perfect Movie Snack…
So, if you are sitting down for a long winter’s movie watching session you probably want a snack. This is our favorite at home movie night treat…
Black Pepper & Parmesan Popcorn
- You can make your own popcorn on the stove or use microwave. Either will work.
- If you make your own. In a large pot with a top add 1 tbsp. of oil and 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels over medium heat. Shake the pan often to keep things from sticking. Usually takes about 5 minutes. Remove from heat when the popping stops.
- Toppings: While the popcorn is still hot drizzle 1 1/2 tbsb of melted butter and toss. Top with salt and pepper and 1/3 of a cup of parmesan cheese. Toss again and serve hot.
Happy Movie Night!!
XO,
Tiffany
