Ruffle Your Feathers: Swimsuits with Ruffles

I decided this summer I was going to start each post about swimsuits with an encouraging statement. Summer can be a really hard time if you are dealing with personal body issues. I think it is very easy to say, just wear a swimsuit anyway, but we are not all in the same place. So I would encourage you to do this, try something new and do something that makes you feel bold this summer! It may be rocking a bikini for one person or shorts for the first time for another but take a small step out of your comfort zone!

And one more thing… When you see someone at the pool, ladies, let’s start encouraging each other more! Oh, my gosh I love your suit / sunglasses / coverup / smile / tan / ability to wrangle your kids and not look sweaty! Yell out QUEEN!! Whatever it is just compliment someone and if they compliment you just say, Thank you!

A day at the pool or on the beach is the perfect place to show off some cute swim style. Ruffles make me feel fun and fabulous so I’m rounding up some of my favorite swimmies with ruffles!
