If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I take Halloween seriously.
Like — planning-outfits-in-August seriously.
So when the idea for a Halloween shoot popped into my head, I immediately texted my friend Kate Fusilier from Cosmic Collective because I knew she’d be the perfect partner in spooky fun. We both love Halloween, we both love a little drama, and we both love turning creative ideas into something bigger than just a photo.
This year’s concept? The Fortune Teller and the Crystal Ball.
Kate stepped into the role of the fortune teller, and I became her crystal ball — shimmering, ethereal, and full of Halloween magic.

The Concept
The idea came to me after seeing a costume on Pinterest a few years ago. I wanted something that felt cinematic but still playful — a little bit vintage, a little bit glam, and very us.
Kate’s brand, Cosmic Collective, already leans into celestial, otherworldly energy, so it was the perfect pairing. And with Candra George Photography behind the camera, every detail came to life exactly the way I pictured it.
The lighting, the trees, the sparkle — it all blended together into this surreal, dreamy Halloween moment that makes me love creative shoots even more.

For me, Halloween has always been about more than just costumes… it’s about creativity.
It’s that one time of year when you can bring a story to life just for the sake of it.
Whether it’s a costume built from thrift finds, an over-the-top concept like this one, or a cozy at-home setup, Halloween is the ultimate excuse to play dress-up and let your imagination lead.
This shoot reminded me how powerful it feels to bring an idea from a random spark to a fully realized vision, and how much joy comes from collaborating with other creative women who get it.

If you’ve ever wanted to plan a Halloween shoot with your friends… do it.
Don’t wait for a client, a campaign, or a reason. Just create.
Sometimes the most fun, freeing projects are the ones you do just because you can.
Huge thanks to Kate Fusilier of Cosmic Collective for being the best fortune teller, and to Candra George Photography for capturing the magic exactly the way I imagined it.
XO,
Tiffany
