I knew I wanted to shift toward fashion and personal branding but I was not sure how to make that change without losing what I had already built. So I kept creating and sat with it for a while.

In June 2025 I made the move. I added one digital marketing post per week. One post. Same cadence. Just a new direction layered in.

The engagement on those posts was lower. It was noticeable and honestly it was uncomfortable. But I had made a commitment to give it time and I kept going.

Here is what I want you to know about making a content shift.

There will be a dip. That is not a sign to stop. That is just the algorithm and your audience catching up to where you are going. You have to decide before you start how long you are going to commit to the change. Because if you abandon the plan after one week because the numbers scared you, you will never know what was on the other side.

What was on the other side for me was people using my content in their businesses. Followers coming in specifically because of the digital marketing posts. Real feedback from real people telling me it was helping them.

And the newsletters. Shifting my newsletters to match the digital focus has been the biggest benefit of the entire change. Getting that content straight into someone’s inbox is a different kind of connection than a post in a feed.

Create content that is consistent with what is actually happening in your life and your business. Your community will shift and grow with you.

But only if you give them something real to find.

Save this for the next time you are afraid to make a change.

Embrace Your Swimsuit Confidence: Poses for Poolside Photos

Before diving into our main discussion, let’s address the elephant in the room: wearing your swimsuit. Yes, you read it right – just wear it. Embrace your beauty, your hotness (quite literally under the sun), and savor these moments while they last.

So, wear. Your. Swimsuit.

Don’t let your reservations about your body hold you back from enjoying life to the fullest.

Now, picture this: you’re all set to hit the pool, but then someone suggests taking some photos. Suddenly, panic sets in. You’re already out of your comfort zone in your swimsuit, and now the thought of being photographed in it amplifies your anxiety. What should you do?

Firstly, it’s crucial to understand that being confident in your appearance doesn’t mean you shouldn’t aim to look your best in photos. Wanting to showcase yourself in the best light is natural – it’s about feeling empowered and comfortable in your own skin.

Here are four simple poses that can help you feel more confident and flatter your body shape in poolside photos, regardless of your level of confidence:

Pop Your Knee

This one is easy and can be applied to any outfit you are wearing. Just bend one knee and slightly tilt it toward the center of your body. I have big thighs and if there was an area I would like to camouflage it would be my inner thigh. This is an easy way to showcase the better side of your leg. This also tightens your muscle and makes you leg look tighter.

Best Foot Forward

Same principle as bending your knee except this will make your leg look longer. Pictures that are taken straight on are rarely the best angle, so this helps give a slight shift to your frame. If you take this picture from a lower angle it is going to make you look taller and gorgeous.

Kneeling

I know sitting in a swimsuit may seem scary so we are going to give you another option. I love kneeling. It also works if you are taking pics with someone who is already sitting. Spread your knees ever so slightly apart.

In the water

Standing on the stairs where the water hits you on your hip is such a cute way to pose. You are still showcasing your suit but it may be a more comfortable position for you. Also, a down angle is never a bad shot for your face so standing on the step and having someone photograph you down at a slight angle is a good trick.

In conclusion, embracing your swimsuit confidence isn’t just about wearing the garment – it’s about owning it with pride and enjoying every moment, both in person and in photographs. Remember, your beauty transcends any perceived imperfections, and these simple poses can help you showcase your confidence and radiance for the world to see.

So go ahead, wear your swimsuit, strike a pose, and make memories that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. You deserve it!

You are beautiful!

XO,

Tiffany

You should wear your hair pinned up like that more often, it looks really cute!
