The Mardi Gras holidays are prime time for the families of New Orleans to travel to Walt Disney World. Last year was our first trip to WDW and we planned it during the boys MG break from school. Although it’s still pretty busy it was a good time to go with the built in time off of school.
When we were planning our Disney trip I wanted to have fun outfits to wear while remaining comfortable. Disney is a lot of walking, long days and usually on the warm side (it was in the 40’s when we were there but that is not the norm.). It is always possible to work your personal style into comfortable, easy looks with a little planning.
The one thing I learned in my time in the parks is the importance of the right shoes. I wore Adidas Grand Court Shoes in Cloudwhite the entire time we were there and I didn’t regret it at all. They were comfortable and easy to wear and they kept up with all the walking and I had no blisters. I am suggesting other shoes in this post but the Grand Court Shoes are the sneakers I have personally worn in the park. I would suggest purchasing any shoe well before your trip to check them out and make sure they wil not rub blisters into your heels.
Taking some of the leg work out of it for you I created a few outfits that may inspire your Disney looks!
