It comes from unrealistic planning.

A content planning strategy should support your life and business, not compete with them. If your plan feels doable, you’re far more likely to show up consistently — and consistency is what actually builds trust and visibility.

I broke down exactly how I’m approaching content planning for 2026 on the blog, including:
• Why consistency matters more than doing everything
• How many platforms you really need
• Why weekly planning works better than daily scrambling

My @nike Cortez Bubblegum Pink sneakers are a pair My @nike Cortez Bubblegum Pink sneakers are a pair of shoes that I consider essential. They are on rotation more than any other sneaker I have in my closet and I would venture to say more than most of my other shoes. They are the perfect profile for pants, dresses and shorts. I love how cute they are with socks too.

@fashivly I vote you need the pair you were talking about on TikTok. Best sneakers I own!!
Let’s talk about January, and why it’s the perfect Let’s talk about January, and why it’s the perfect time to tweak your skin.

Cold weather, less sun, and fewer outdoor plans make January ideal for treatments that require downtime and sun avoidance. If you’ve been thinking about introducing retinol, doing laser treatments, or booking a chemical peel, this is your window.

The biggest hurdle with treatments like IPL, Morpheus8, and peels isn’t the treatment itself... it’s protecting your skin while it heals. Post-Christmas and pre-summer gives your skin the time it actually needs to recover, reset, and show results.

What I’m doing this January 👇
• IPL for sun spots and veins on my cheeks and chin
• My third round of Morpheus8 on my neck and marionette lines
• A VI Peel to finish out the month strong

I planned to start a retinol this month, but since I stacked treatments, I’m easing in slowly starting with my chest and the backs of my hands (more on that later).

January skin care isn’t about drastic changes. It’s about smart timing, intention, and setting your skin up for the rest of the year.

If “a little refresh” has been on your wishlist, now really is the time. 💆‍♀️✨

Dressing Room Diaries – Lilly for Fall

This is a sponsored post for Palm Village Mandeville – A Lilly Pulitzer Store.  All thoughts, opinions and ideas are mine.

I think that a lot of us just associate Lilly Pulitzer with the Summer and Spring months.  Bright colors and bold patterns just scream to be worn in the warm months.  I am as guilty as anyone of only remembering to shop there between March and August but I have recently discovered how amazing their Fall and Winter lines are.

If you think about it at the core of LP’s business is structured, tailored looks that flatter a ladies figure.  A LP shift dress is truly a ladies best asset in her closet.  It makes sense that their style would work for all seasons and not just one.  For this reason I went to the store recently to put together some looks specifically for fall to show you how their great, classic collections would work for you all year round.  Including some of your holiday celebrations that will be here before you know it.

Ophelia Swing Dress ($168)…  This was one of the first dresses that caught my eye.  I loved that it was a 3/4 length sleeve so it would work for the warmer fall weather but also for the winter months too.  The fabric was divine and just like Lilly Pulitzer always does their knits have enough weight to them to be flattering but not too heavy.  The back detail on this dress was also fun and unexpected.  I could see it worn on it’s own or with a cardigan, vest or jacket.  Wearing a size medium in this picture.

Mango Shift Dress ($208)…  This dress is screaming to be worn to a holiday party or to New Years Eve.  There are so many things I liked about this dress.  First, it’s a classic Lilly shift which everyone knows I love.  Second, it’s made of this amazing fabric that is a spandex base so it is very form fitting yet it has a very flattering way that it hugs all the right parts.  Third, the laser cutouts make this dress go from ok to amazing.  The fabric has this muted irridescentness (making up words here) to it that is just illuminated by the cutouts.  This is a must have on my list of holiday wear.  Wearing a size Large in this picture but would size down to a medium when purchasing.

Mila Shift Dress ($198)…  Again very classic LP dress in a fall/winter pattern.  This dress is a perfect pick for your holiday parties, weddings and anything else you have going on this winter.  I especially think that this would be the right dress for any work related holiday parties.  I love the curving hugging lines of the dress but the high neckline keeps it more professional.  Wearing a size 10 in this picture, however I always feel like I need to size up in these shift dresses because the fit is a little more slim and I am curvy.  If purchasing I would get a 12.

Joelle Dress ($178)…  This dress was made out of a more light weight fabric so would be more appropriate for a transition piece.  Fall or Spring this dress would be a great fit for both.  I can also see it working well into the summer but not so much the winter since layering wouldn’t be an option because of the sleeves.  Transition pieces are important to have when you want to carry a seasonal look into a warmer day so don’t second guess the need for a piece like this.  I am wearing a medium in this picture and it fits true to size.

Kasia Shorts ($78) and Long Sleeved Marble Top ($168)…  These shorts were screaming my name as soon as I walked into the store.  They were comfortable and flattering and I am picturing them with tights in the winter.  I think they are my favorite piece in the current LP collection.  This shirt was a natural pair although they would also look perfect with black.  Shorts are a size 14 and if purchasing I would size down to a 12.  The top was a medium and fit perfectly.

But don’t think that when you walk into the Lilly store that you are only going to see black and navy and gold.  No way!  They are keeping the vibrancy alive all winter long because you know we still need our resort wear of just something with a touch of pink to make those rainy February days a little less dreary.

As always thank you to Lillie Parrie for asking me to come and work with Palm Village Mandeville – A Lilly Pulitzer Store.  Lillie and her staff are excellent stylists and extremely knowledgeable about the Lilly Pulitzer brand.  THey will help make you look an feel like a million dollars.

XO,

Tippy
