As a reminder it’s never ok to comment on someone’s body. I have shown up here, in this space from a size 8 to a size 18 because being authentic in where I am is important to me. Representation in this space as a plus size woman is important to me. I’ve posted while losing weight and while gaining weight. I’ve never tried to hide the fact that my body has changed a lot in my lifetime.

Posting a passive aggressive comment isn’t going to get under my skin, but it might get you blocked. Because I have and always will be here to show women that they are allowed to show up and take up space and they don’t owe anyone an explanation about their ever changing body.

Episode one of my Shop Local Holiday Gift Guide!! Today we are talking about @shopchaleureux!!! One of my favorite places for holiday decor and gifting items. She has the most amazing collection of nativities as well as bedding and furniture. It’s a one stop shop for all things home and fun fact; Chaleureux means cozy in French!!

Over the next month I’ll be highlighting some of my favorite places to shop for my personal holiday list! The great thing about shopping local, for my last minute people, is that you can wait until the last minute and still get your list finished.

I grabbed this at @target and the same style is available in a midi and a body suit. Plus!!! There are so many bows!!! Bow sweaters, bows for your hair and a bow matching set. It’s all tagged on my LTK (except for mini it’s only available in store for now). #holidaydressingguide

Creators: Just because someone asks doesn’t mean you have to say yes. Growing and sustaining a platform takes time, energy, and serious commitment. This space you’ve built? It’s valuable, and it’s okay to be protective over it. Remember, not everyone who asks deserves access to your platform. Be as mindful about who you let in here as you are about who you let into your personal life. Boundaries aren’t just for relationships—they’re for your work, too.
