1. Make a master content list before shoot day.
Plan out everything you need: Reels, posts, newsletters, blogs whatever you’re creating for the week, two weeks, or month. Get super clear so you don’t forget a single idea when the camera starts rolling.

2. Batch content by outfit and backdrop.
If you need Reels and pics in the same look and setting, knock all of that out before you switch it up. Changing outfits and locations takes time work smarter.

3. Add every piece of content to a shot list.
Put it somewhere you can physically check things off. Having a plan in your hand (or on your phone) keeps you on track and less overwhelmed.

4. Don’t overpack your shot list.
Be realistic. You don’t need 47 ideas in one day. Focus on quality.

5. Try on every outfit before content day.
No surprises, no missing accessories, no last-minute panic. Know what works so you can show up confident and ready to create.

Let’s hear it for the unsung hero of summer styl Let’s hear it for the unsung hero of summer styling: the white tank. 🫶

When I say versatile, I mean it. This one piece took me from errands to happy hour to weekend brunch without skipping a beat. Here’s how I styled it three ways:

1️⃣ Sporty & On-the-Go – Red skort, black sneakers, a baseball cap, and a patterned scarf for some personality. Perfect for running errands or an active day when you still want to look put together.

2️⃣ Elevated Everyday – High-waisted jeans and silver heels gave this tank instant cool-girl vibes. Add a cute bag and it’s dinner-date ready without trying too hard.

3️⃣ Casual & Chic – Leopard midi skirt + flip flops. Proof you can be comfy and pulled together with pieces already in your closet.

The best part? A white tank is a total blank canvas. You can style it for just about any vibe, and it’s one of those wardrobe basics that always earns its keep.

Which look is your fave? Drop 1, 2, or 3 below! ⬇️

Your arms aren’t ruining your outfit and neither Your arms aren’t ruining your outfit and neither is your stomach! Or your legs for that matter. Or anything on your body that you are constantly picking apart.

Here is something I learned a while ago. I need to love my body in a very neutral way. My body is good. If it’s big or if it’s small it is in fact good. Looking at my body in this light has really helped me refocus because I’m going to tell you something so lean in real close… every time you say, I would love my body if my arms were smaller or I weighed less, it’s a lie.

How do I know this? I’ve been there. I’ve lost the weight and I still nitpicked myself constantly.

It wasn’t until I stopped treating my body as an object that I really learned that my body is good and deserving and wonderful and it didn’t matter what size or weight it was.

Now I’m going to take a minute to address something hear that I always get push back on when I make posts like this. Am I saying that changing your body (weight loss, plastic surgery, etc..) is wrong? Absolutely not. What I’m saying is that often times we think changes will makes us happier and often times they don’t change our overall relationship with your body.

Learning to be neutral about your body is freeing and let me tell you something she deserves it.

So work on that relationship with yourself as much as you work on anything else. It’s truly worth it.

Monochromatic Looks for Holiday

Have you ever thought that wearing all the same color in an outfit would be boring? The truth is that monochromatic looks can be beautiful and be a simple way to put a chic outfit together. In fact, wearing head to toe of one color can be as striking as wearing a bold pattern or vivid color. This makes monochromatic looks perfect for holiday.

I have always thought of doing a monochromatic red outfit. Red can be overpowering and so much of it made me unsure how this would turn out. The end product was pretty and fun and I loved the depth that it gave my holiday look.

A few tips…

  • Make sure when matching your look that your color has the same undertone. You can create a monochromatic look with slightly different shades of the same color. The important part is picking a shade where the undertone matches. If you are looking for a green and it has a blue undertone stick with that when matching your second item.
  • Monochromatic outfits can still involve pattern and texture. With my red outfit I picked colors that were the same but the skirt was silky and had a shine to it while the sweater was textured and a bit more muted. Together it works as the perfect combination of casual and dressy. Example below.
  • Monochromatic looks can go beyond two pieces. Add a coat of the same hue or shoes or even jewelry. All of the layers will add to the beauty of the outfit.

Other Outfits…

I wanted to give just a few other outfit ideas to you have some fresh creativeness for creating your own look.
